A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF HOLLY, COLORADO, AUTHORIZING THE TOWN TREASURER AS ADMINISTRATOR

OF ALL GRANT SPONSORED IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS

WHEREAS, the Town of Holly, Prowers County, Colorado, is a Statutory Municipality existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of Colorado; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees for the Town of Holly are desirous of improving the current drinking water system project to relieve the current water system and to permit future growth for the Town of Holly with such improvements; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees have been working with its engineers on plan designs, development, and financing for the drinking water system project; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees must authorize a representative to act on behalf of the Town for purposes of submitting documents and information, communicate with grant representatives and applying for grants for the drinking water system project; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees should authorize the Town Clerk/Treasurer as the authorized representative to act on behalf of the Town of Holly for such purposes as needed to facilitate the grant process for the drinking water system project.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN OF HOLLY BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF HOLLY, COLORADO THAT:

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Holly that Cynthia S. Humrich is hereby designated as the administrator and authorized and directed to submit, for and on behalf of the Town of Holly, documentation and information required to complete a PER/ER through USDA RDApply or email to USDA Representatives for the Town of Holly drinking water system project.
